Q: How do trade customers join?

A: Simply visit getgenuine.com.au, review the program Terms and Conditions and confirm they wish to join. They can then nominate authorised representatives (members) to be eligible to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points (to be shared equally amongst those nominated members).*

Q: Does this cost the trade customer anything?

A: Absolutely nothing! Their nominated members become eligible to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points whenever the trade customer purchases from participating dealers and keeps their account current with each dealer (paid by the end of the month immediately following purchase).

Q: What do members get for being part of GetGenuine?

A: For every dollar (excl GST) trade customers spend on eligible genuine parts from participating GetGenuine dealers, one Qantas Point will be earned by nominated members (distributed equally) as long as the trade customer keeps their account current with each dealer. Qantas Frequent Flyer points can be redeemed for Award flights^ and seat upgrades~ or for over 3,000 products and gift cards via the Qantas Frequent Flyer online store%.

Q: Is it easy for GetGenuine members to become Qantas Frequent Flyer members?
A: Yes, by joining GetGenuine, members will automatically be eligible for a complimentary Qantas Frequent Flyer membership valued at $89.50#. Members will be able to join via qantas.com/getgenuine.

Q: How do members use their Qantas Frequent Flyer points?
A: Simply login to their Qantas Frequent Flyer account at qantas.com. While online they can browse rewards and redeem their points.

Q: How can members earn more Qantas Frequent Flyer points?

A: Simple, trade customers purchase more genuine parts from participating dealers and keep their accounts current. The more participating dealers the trade customer has accounts with, the more Qantas Points nominated members can accumulate.

Q: How do trade customers register with additional GetGenuine Dealers
?
A: Easy! The trade customer can view a complete list of participating brands and dealers (including contact details) at getgenuine.com.au. They then contact their local participating GetGenuine parts dealer and tell them they wish to receive Qantas Points to be distributed equally amongst their nominated members through the GetGenuine program.

Q: How do nominated members know how many points they have accumulated?

A: Nominated members can simply login anytime to their Qantas Frequent Flyer account at qantas.com to see their points balance.

Q: How long after the purchase of genuine parts will nominated members see the Qantas Frequent Flyer points appear in their account?

A: It could be a 4 month process e.g. If the trade customer purchased in Month 1 and paid their account on time in Month 2, the Qantas Frequent Flyer points should be processed in Month 3 and the nominated member would most likely receive them in Month 4.

* When your trade customers sign up to GetGenuine, one Qantas Frequent Flyer point will be earned for every dollar they spend (excluding GST) on eligible genuine spare part purchases from you (passenger car and light commercial vehicle only) to be distributed equally between their nominated representatives, once your trade customer pays their account on time. Nominated representatives must be members of the GetGenuine GetRewards program and of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn points. GetGenuine GetRewards membership is subject to terms and conditions available at getgenuine.com.au. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions, available at qantas.com. Nominated representatives must register their Qantas Frequent Flyer number at GetGenuine.com.au to earn points.
